Install Macrolog
Macrolog is a Progressive Web App — add it to your home screen and it behaves just like a native app. Pick your browser below for step-by-step instructions.
Open the app in Safari
Visit macroslog.co.uk in Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap the Share button
It's the box with an arrow pointing up, in the bottom toolbar.
Tap "Add to Home Screen"
Scroll down the share sheet until you find it.
Tap "Add"
Confirm with the Add button in the top right. Macrolog now lives on your home screen.
Open the app in Chrome
Visit macroslog.co.uk in Chrome on Android or desktop.
Open the menu
Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right.
Choose install
Tap "Add to Home Screen" on Android, or "Install Macrolog…" on desktop.
Confirm
Tap "Add" or "Install" to finish.
Open the app in Edge
Visit macroslog.co.uk in Microsoft Edge.
Open the menu
Tap the three-dot menu.
Choose install
Tap "Add to phone" or "Install site as app".
Confirm
Confirm to add Macrolog to your device.
Open the app in Samsung Internet
Visit macroslog.co.uk in Samsung Internet.
Open the menu
Tap the menu (three horizontal lines).
Add page to home screen
Tap "Add page to" → "Home screen".
Firefox doesn't support installing PWAs
Firefox on Android and iOS does not currently support installing Progressive Web Apps to the home screen.
